How Does It Work?
Downloading a schedule using CLICK2REMEMBER is incredibly easy, intuitive, and self-explanatory. Here's the process:
1. Click CLICK2REMEMBER link
The link may be on a website or embeded in an e-mail, but wherever you find it, a simple click will get you started.
2. Select the events you wish to download
You can choose to download all events, download some of the events as designated by the attributes entered by the scheduler, or enter Advanced Mode for more options in selecting which events to download.
3. Check your Outlook Calendar!
You're done! It's that easy! To modify which events are in your calendar, simply run the program again--there will be no double entry of events!

To delete events that you have downloaded, run CLICK2REMEMBER again, either by clicking the original link, or the link inside any of the downloaded events. When it runs, click the “Advanced Mode” option in the lower right. Leave the checkboxes checked and click “Search With Above Criteria.” On the next screen, there will be a dropdown menu in the lower right that says “Insert Selected”—change that to “Delete Selected” and click the button on the lower left. Voila! All the events from that schedule (and that schedule only) are gone!
